ANDATA joins the Mobility Data Space

The development and implementation of cooperative, connected, automated driving (CCAD) and traffic automation cannot be realized by one company or organization alone. Rather, it requires the coordinated collaboration of a large number of stakeholders and the trustworthy exchange of mobility data and relevant information, as well as new forms of cooperation and collaboration - across brands and industries.

ANDATA has therefore joined the Mobility Data Space in July 2024. ANDATA's intended contributions include:

  • Information Design for effective and trustworthy exchange of information in cooperative, accident-free driving
  • Architecture and implementation of digital twins of the road traffic system as a trustworthy platform for decision support in connected mobility ala DIGEST
  • Virtual sensors to determine the risk of accidents and/or traffic jams in real time
  • Architecture of traffic automation for virtual and intelligent traffic control according to VERONET
  • Scenario management-as-a-service for the effective development and validation of automated, connected driving functions
  • "The intelligent intersection" as a use case for various mobility data
  • Various patents and licenses in the field of traffic automation and automated traffic management
