This week, on Thursday, Oct. 23rd 2025, the kick-off of the COMET project AddSafety took place under the leadership of the Vehicle Safety Institute (VSI) of TU Graz.

The main players in vehicle safety from Austria as well as OEMs and Tier 1s from the German and European automotive industry will be there.

The project content is one of the core topics of ANDATA: Virtual Testing for the efficient and effective development, validation and release of vehicle safety systems through the clever combination of real tests with numerical simulations (virtual tests). Both active and passive systems in integral safety are covered!
