World Congress on Computational Intelligence 2010
The World Congress on Computational Intelligence will take place this year in Barcelona between 18th and 23rd of July (see www.wcci2010.org). ANDATA wil contribute with a paper on general aspects to multi criteria optimization. Very often not enough effort is dedicated to the proper formulation of design goals within optmization problems. A pragmatic, machine learning based approach is proposed herefore.
New CoMModO Website
The new website for the project CoMModO (Complex Material Modeling Operations) has been launched. Take a look at www.commodo.at
Project start of CoMModO - Complex Material Modelling Operations
ANDATA starts the project CoMModO in common with the Institute of Lightweight Design and Structural Biomechanics from the Technical University in Vienna (www.ilsb.tuwien.ac.at) and Dassault Systems Simulia Austria GmbH (www.simulia.com). The project is intented to show a new approach in modelling the failure of complex material within Finite Element simulation. The project is supported by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (www.ffg.at) and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation, and Technologies under the initiative "ModSim Computational mathematics" within the program "Research, Innovation, and Technology for Information technologies". Futher details will follow in material modelling...
Founding of Automotive Safety Technologies GmbH
ANDATA and Audi Electronics Venture GmbH are founding the joint venture called Automotive Safety Technologies GmbH (www.autosafety.de). The aim of that company will be the development, safeguarding, and implementation of new functions for "Integral Automotive Safety Systems" based on the commonly developed new methods and processes, which allow a very quick development of new functions with reduced efforts under retention of best funcionality (compare Automotive Safety).
sTC-net: Research project for the development of a completely new method for "intelligent" traffic control
ANDATA awarded the support of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (www.ffg.at) for the development of a completely new approach in traffic control by the use of methods from Computational Intelligence combined with an according hierachical, subsidiary architecture, called sTC-net (subsidiary Traffic Control network). Further details will follow here...
